How to request pain & neurological medicines (RX)

  1. Discuss your symptoms and pain history with your GP or another UK-registered prescriber.
  2. If they issue a prescription, ask for it to be sent directly to Medishop UK or obtain a copy you can share with us.
  3. Upload your prescription securely using our RX upload form, or follow the instructions provided by our support team.
  4. Our pharmacist will clinically check the prescription, confirm availability and pricing, and agree delivery arrangements with you before dispensing.

Supply will always follow your prescriber’s directions and the pharmacist’s professional judgement, including any limits on strength, quantity or duration.

Prescription pain and neurological medicines can cause side-effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, mood changes, breathing depression or dependence, especially if not used exactly as directed. Never adjust your dose, stop suddenly, or combine these medicines with alcohol or other sedatives without clear medical advice. If you experience severe symptoms such as breathing difficulty, chest pain, seizures, confusion, collapse or suspected overdose, seek urgent help immediately.
